About Ambassador Siddique

Ambassador M. Osman Siddique is a Bangladeshi-born American entrepreneur, civic leader, and diplomat who served as U.S. Ambassador to Fiji, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Nauru. He is widely recognized as the first American Muslim to serve as a U.S. Ambassador and Chief of Mission.

Before entering public service, he built a successful career in the travel and hospitality industry, founding and leading companies with a national footprint. His subsequent diplomatic work focused on strengthening democratic institutions, promoting human rights, and building bridges between cultures.
